How to find iPhone backup and recover from the backup?

Where are my iPhone backup files stored on computer?
After you have backed up your iPhone to iTunes, but you have no idea about where are the backup store.How to change the iPhone backup locations? How to recover data from your backup in case your iPhone is not available or cannot work properly? If we lost the iPhone, can we still recover data from the backup?
Locate the iTunes backup
iTunes backup are stored on your computer which includes all the data and settings of your devices. Different operating system have different iTunes backup locations.
In Windows XP, you can can click the Start menu, and type appdata in the Run. Click OK to enter Documents and Settings(username)/Application Data/Apple Computer/MobileSync/Backup.
In Windows 7, 8 and Vista, you can click Start, and type appdata in search bar and press Enter to come to
Users(username)/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/MobileSync/Backup.
In windows 10, you can find backup in this path: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup.

Then check the contacts that you need to recover, click the Export Selected Records to restore them to your computer.
Then you will find a file folder called Recover Contacts on your selected recovery path. Open it, there is a html page that includes your recovered contacts information. It includes the name of contacts, the Phone Number and Email.
