need to recover.

And then you need to transform the content in excel table into text. You should
execute the demand in navigation bar as “ ‘table’—‘transform’-‘transform table
into text’ “. And then choose tabs as text separator in the popping up dialog
box.

Execute a command of “file—save-as” in
the word navigation bar.

Start your excel, click “file—open”, you can open the file you have just saved.
