How to recover data when my laptop has a blue screen and crash?

Since the laptop is easy to carry and operate, it is very popular among IT enthusiasts. Many people may have encountered the laptop problem of blue screen or crash in using. But these problems will bring us great trouble. It’s difficult for  most of people, especially for those who have relatively poor computer knowledge. How to recover data when the laptop has a blue screen? To solve these problems, Hdata recovery center has summarized some methods to deal with  blue screen and crash of laptop.

There are some tips to for laptop repair
1. First, we should exclude these problems like memory, hard disk, dust, system. Generally speaking, there are lots of causes for blue screen and crash. First, you need to exclude the system problem. The best way is to replace a hard disk with a good system.
2. BIOS test. Initialize the BIOS and discharging the CMOS. The error setting of BIOS may lead to blue screen when you boot. If you have this problem, you can directly adjust BIOS to solve it.
3. Voltage problems. Test computer voltages to know if they are normal. If  you found the voltage is low, unstable or fluctuate widely. For example, 1.5V voltage enter into the system and become 1.2V,  that will lead to blue screen. If yes, then you need to debug voltage, or replace the interface.
4. South bridge and peripheral issues. Southbridge mainly manages the external device.  Southbridge failure will cause a blue screen. In addition, this will also affect the peripheral fault. In our usual maintenance, we can first enter the safe mode to see if there are blue screen and crash without loading any drivers. If there is no problem, the problem may be in the South Bridge, sound card, network card,  the card reader chip, or the1394 chip. Sometimes you need to unplug peripherals, try one by one. After exclude all the problems, you can make a target repair.
5. North bridge settings. North bridge is direct communication with the CPU and memory. The communication failure between them can also cause problems of blue screen, crashes, can not enter the system. Northbridge failure is not easy to  be repaired, we need to find a professional service center for repair.

6. The clock problem. Clock is a necessary condition for the normal working of computer motherboard. Due to the higher frequency of clock, the probability of failure will be relatively high. When blue Screen and crash happen, you need to measure the waveform, frequency of CLK to ensure its normal work.
7. Graphics problems. If the laptop has a separate graphics, the display chip , CPU, memory have a too high temperature may lead the laptop is easy to get blue screen and crash. The solution is to replace a graphics card, or download a detection tool to check and repair.
8. The hard disk settings issues. If the notebook computer's hard disk has an IDE interface, but the BIOS settings are ATA, it may have blue screen. Because you may have unplugged BIOS battery when doing BGA and then cause it to restore the factory settings of ATA status. Sometimes you may have restored to BIOS by yourself.

And these are the common cause for blue screen and crash. You need to pay more attention,  if you are lack of professional computer knowledge, you’d better ask data recovery center for help. If you blindly try to repair by yourself ,you may suffer more data loss.
