restore your data to the new iPhone.

to iTunes. After backup, you can check it in Preferences.

will will transfer all the data in iTunes backup to your iPhone, including all
the contacts.
If you do not want to
restore all data to new iPhone, you can use iPhone data recovery
software to selectively extract the data you need.
Download and install H
Data iPhone recovery software on computer which stores your iTunes backup.
Open this recovery
software and then choose the recovery mode: View and restore from iTunes
backup”.
Select one backup on
the software interface or choose by manual. Click SCAN button.

find all the contents here, click Contacts on the left side, you can preview
the detailed information of each contact.
