How to recover iPhone contacts and transfer contacts to a brand-new iPhone?

The iPhone updates soon and the new iPhone always catch people’s eyes. Most people cannot wait to upgrade their device to the latest iPhone. To replace a new iPhone is quite easy, but move all the data to the new iPhone could be a bit difficult. Differ from Android phones, you can not directly insert SIM card to iPhone as iPhone doesn’t allow users to back up contacts to SIM card. How can we recover and transfer all the contacts to new iPhone?
Transfer from iCloud
The first choice for most Apple users is to use iCloud. This is the most direct way and can complete on iPhone. What you need to do is sign into your iCloud account and connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi network. But to transfer contacts from your iCloud account to new iPhone, you should have backed up them to iCloud. If you have not backed up them or your iCloud do not have enough space to store your contacts, you cannot transfer contacts with iCloud.
Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi network and log into iCloud.
Go to Settings>iCloud>iCloud backup, turn on the sync contacts option, and tap on “Back Up Now”.
After you have backed up your contacts to iCloud, you can restore them on your new iPhone.
On the new iPhone, when you are initialize your new iPhone, it will ask you to choose from a backup, you should select “Restore from iCloud Backup”. Select the latest backup to restore your data to the new iPhone.
Transfer from iTunes
If you do not have iCloud backup for your contacts, and you have iTunes backup, you can choose to transfer your contacts from iTunes backup to new iPhone.
Connect your old iPhone with computer and sync it with iTunes.
Click to back up iPhone to iTunes. After backup, you can check it in Preferences.
Connect your new iPhone with computer and then choose the backup and click “Restore from backup”. It will will transfer all the data in iTunes backup to your iPhone, including all the contacts.
If you do not want to restore all data to new iPhone, you can use iPhone data recovery software to selectively extract the data you need.

Select one backup on the software interface or choose by manual. Click SCAN button.

Tick the contacts that you need and export them out.
After recovery, you can find the contact information in the recovery folder. The contacts, phone number, emails are listed in a html page. If you want to transfer it to the new iPhone, you can choose to add them to your iCloud account and then transfer them to your iTunes.
