2. Driver problems

Press Windows key and input “devmgmt.msc” in the Run Windows. Press Enter. If there is a yellow exclamation mark, it can be conclude that the driver has a problem. You can right-click your device and choose properties, carefully checking the error messages. Please update the driver.
3. Partitioning the hard drive
If the hard drive has not been partitioned, it is possible that it cannot be recognized or access. You need to create new partitions on the unallocated space. You can partitioning in the disk management. Right-click the unallocated space to create a new partition.
4. Format the hard drive
If the hard drive has ever been partitioned but still is inaccessible, you may need to format it to other files system.
