Shortcuts on keyboard
are commonly used by us to cut, remove, paste or delete files. It indeed
benefits us, but on the contrary, it will cause many problems. If errors occurs
when you are removing, pasting, cutting files, your files will lost, and if
your press Shift+DEL, it will delete files permanently. If you press Ctrl+A to
choose files, all the files chosen will be cut, removed or deleted. The
Shift+del deleted files will not enter into the recycle bin. And if you
accidentally deleted all the files in recycle bin, you can never find these
files in the recycle bin. Then the problem is that how can we recover file in
the Windows system?
As we know that backup
is the most easy the effective way for us to recover data. While if you have no
data backup, you can only recover files from the hard drive. In windows system,
there is a feature called previous version. It can restore your deleted files
by restore files or folders to its previous version. When you permanently
delete a folder with shif+del from your drive, you can restore them from the
previous version. But to use this feature, you must have previous versions by
creating restore point.
How to restore
permanently deleted files from the previous versions?
First, you need to
remember what the exact name of your previously deleted files or folder. You
need to use this name to create a new file or file folder with the same name.
Second, click this
created new file and select Properties. In the Previous Versions tab, you can
find different file versions with time and day.
Third, you can choose
the latest one or the one you need, click Restore button to restore the file or
folder to its previous version.
As long as you have
enabled the previous version feature and create restore points, you can restore
the files easily. If you can not restore your lost files from the previous
version, you need to try the data recovery software. Any kind of professional
data recovery tool can retrieve your data back if the data have not been
overwritten by new files. Recovery files is a piece of cake for the
professional data recovery program, but you must to avoid any data overwritten
on the drive. Writing new data to the hard drive, formatting hard drive, restart
computer, download files may cause data overwritten. Therefore, you should stop
using the computer and take data recovery program immediately to recover your
lost data as much as possible.
