official website, sign in and click Contacts, then you can see all your
contacts here. You can click to see the phone numbers. You can click to restore
them to your iPhone.

If you have iTunes
backup, you still need to use an iPhone recovery software to extract your
contacts. If you choose to restore from your backup directly in iTunes, you may
lost some of your data on iPhone. Because restore from iTunes will restore your
iPhone to a restore point when you back up your iPhone. Therefore, you’d better
use a data recovery program to extract data from iTunes backup or iPhone.
While if you have
iTunes backup but the backup is not the latest that include your contacts, you
need to run the software to scan the entire iPhone to get the contacts you
lost.

Select “Scan iPhone for
deleted files”, the software will detect your iPhone automatically. You can see
it is connected or disconnected on the software. If not, you can re-plug your
iPhone or change the USB cable.
After you see the green
button “Begin Recovery From iPhone”, you can click it to scan your entire
iPhone. As the scanning will last for a long time, you should not disconnect
the connection and please make sure your computer have enough power supply.
Wait for the scanning
ends. You can see the progress bar on the software.
After scan, click to
preview the contacts. Click Contacts on the left side. All the existing and deleted
contacts will display on the right side. Click each contacts to check the phone
number and email. If you have more than one contacts need to restore, you can
check them and then click “Export Selected Records” to export them to the
computer.
In the same way, you
can use this way to restore your messages, photos, or other data. However, we
still suggest you to remember to back up your data as data overwritten occurs
at any time. Not every time the data recovery software can retrieve your data
unless they have not been replaced.
