First, open iTunes on
your computer to let your iPhone connected with computer.
Second, install and run

If you have iTunes
backup, you can choose to restore from iTunes, or use an iPhone data recovery
software to extract your messages from the backup. In a word, data recovery
should be as soon as possible no matter you have backup or not. If you do not
have latest backup that includes the data you need, or you have no backup but
data overwritten have occurs on your iPhone, you will lost your data forever.
