Why you should back up your files on computer?
As there are so many unexpected situations for data loss, it is
too late to regret after the data loss happened. Some data loss result form
accident deletion, format or improper operations can be recovered by data
recovery software. While other data loss caused by hard drive physical failure
cannot be recovered by software, even data recovery experts cannot help it.
Therefore, you have to back up your data in case of the possible data loss.
How can I back up my computer?
1. Backup
to an external hard drive.
You can connect it to your computer and keep it plugged in.
Whenever you have important files, you can back them up on this external hard
drive. It is very convenient to update your backups. Or add a drive in the
Windows setting to back up your files to this external hard drive so that you
can restore them after you suffered a data loss.
Settings: click start or press Windows key to enter the control
panel; click system ans security-and then click backup and restore.
Click Backup in the settings, you can look for an older backup or
to create a new backup.
2. Create
a restore point to restore your files
Select system protection in the control panel, create a restore
point. If you have data loss, you can restore the computer to a restore point.
3. Keep
backup on a Cloud account
Even if you have back up your files on an external hard drive, but
if the device is damaged, you cannot get your data back. So you can create an
cloud account to backup your files. You only need to download a program and unload
your files. The files you upload to this backup software are encrypted so that
others cannot access to them. When you upload new data, it can recognize the
different data with the last time. It only need to upload the different part so
that to save your time.
Remember to have more than one backup. One backup is not enough
for you. If you have no backup after data loss, you should try the Hdata
recovery software to try to retrieve your files.
