Type cmd in the search
box and open the cmd.exe window.Type “ diskpart” and press Enter.

Enter.Type create partition primary and press Enter to create a new partition.
Type “active” and press
Enter.Type “format fs=fat32” and press Enter.
After the format ends,
type “exit” and press Enter to close the window.
