What does the safe
mode do?
If you want to fix your computer issues,
such as uninstall a Windows update, remove a malware, you need to start Windows
in Windows. In the safe mode, it only loads the programs need for running
operating system. It is designed to let you trouble shoot and diagnose your
computer.
How to start your
computer is safe mode?
1. By press
F8 key
Reboot your computer and you will see the
advanced boot options on the screen.
Press the arrow key on key board to choose
the option of Safe mode.
Press Enter to boot in safe mode.
Logon to your computer, it will
automatically enter into safe mode.
Then you can do what you want on your
computers.
2. By system configuration
Press Windows key and input mscconfig in
the search box. Click and open the system configuration windows.
Click the boot tab and check the Safe boot
in Boot options sector.
Click the apply button and then click OK.
A dialog box pops up to prompt you to
reboot your computer, click restart to reboot your system.
Your computer will automatically restart
and enter into safe mode.
After you have finished your
troubleshooting or diagnosis, you should exit the safe mode.
Likely, open the system configuration windows,
Click the General tab and check the option of Normal start, click Apply and
then OK.
