At the time you open an corrupted workbook, the Microsoft Excel
will automatically try to repair this workbook. If this doesn’t work , you can
try to repair this workbook by yourself.
Open Excel and click file,in the upper-left corner, click open and
then choose the location of your excel file. In the drop-down box of “Open”,
choose Open and repair to
repair your corrupted
workbook.
If the excel cannot be opened by the Open and Repair option, you can disable the automatic calculation. In Windows 7, you can
click the office button in the upper-left corner, and then click the Excel
options, choose Formulas. In the calculation options, click manual and then OK.
Revert your corrupted workbook to previous version
By this way, you should have enabled the auto-save function in
Excel.
Click file--open, double click the workbook’s name to reopen this
workbook and recover it.
To recover files from an auto-saved versions
Click File—options,and find the option of Save. In the Save
Workbooks options, change number of the “save AutoRecover information every 10
minutes”. And choose the location to store your recovery files. Do not check
the option of Disable AutoRecover for this workbook only.

recover software. If you have deleted your excel file, and you cannot find
deleted file in recycle bin, you should use a data recovery software to
retrieve them.
First, download and run Hdata recovery software on your Windows.
Second, choose the mode of Deleted your files accidentally. If you
deleted your excel file from the recycle bin, you can choose the mode of
Emptied recycle bin accidental.
Third, start scanning the partition you have deleted your files,
and preview the results after scanning ends.
Fourth, choose a recovery path. Choose a location to store your
