There are situations that when you are trying to delete a certain
file, the system prompts that this files is still in use. Such as : the action
cannot be completed because the files is open in another program. Close the
file and open again. Sometimes, the file is still running in background. If you
have closed the file, but it is till used by programs, you should close all
your running programs and try to delete this files again. There are many other
factors for the files cannot be deleted: files corruption, virus, system
incompatibility, accessed by other software.

1. End
tasks in Windows task manager
You can right-click the task bar to choose the open the task manager,
or type in the run box. In the process bar,right-click the program and choose
End task. Try to delete the files again.
2. Use
a third-party tool
When you cannot delete files, you can use a third-party software
to help delete them. The tools can free up the files which are locked. After
unlocking, these files then can be deleted.
3. Reboot
your computer is safe mode
Restart your computer in safe mode and then try to delete the
files again.

the updated antivirus software
Some
times you cannot delete files for your computer has a virus infection. Download
the latest antivirus software or update the software installed to deep scan
your hard drive.
5. Use
the command prompt
Press
Windows key or click the start button, input cmd in the search box
Click the cmd.exe and press enter to open the window
Type del and press the space key once
Drag the files you need to delete to the command prompt window,
and the full path and file type of this files then appears behind the del
