What should you do when you found that you
are not able to boot your computer? There are many reasons for computer boot
failure: some certain system files are damaged or missing; operating system
damage. In that case, how can you boot your computer?
If your computer
cannot boot by itself, you should use a Windows installation

Sytem Restore: It just the same
tool of restore your computer to a time point within Windows. The difference is
that you can run this tool outside of windows. It restore your system to a time
point when you have not lost your files.
System Image
Recovery: If you have previously created a complete backup of your
computer, you can use this tool to recover your computer to the previous
backup. It includes all on your compute, like the operating system,
applications, all your files. Once you choose this tool, you will recover all
of them.
Windows Memory
Diagnostic: This tool can identify the problem with your
memory hardware.
Command Prompt: This tool is also
the same tool as in Windows. It is used to fix file or file system issues.
If you cannot recover your deleted files
by Windows, you still have chance to recover them with a data recovery software
before a data overwritten.
