You should disable the programs you do not use every day. You can enable the hardware components like Keyboard. Other programs can be disabled.
You can use the third-party security software to disable the startup programs. This software lists all the startup program, show the rate of disable, the boot time of every program.
Disable in the System Configuration. Click the start menu, input msconfig in the search box and open it. In the System Configuration window, Click the Services tab to choose disable or enable the startup programs. You can see all the enabled startups in the Startup tab.
2. Uninstall the programs you don’t need
Even though these programs are not starting items, they also will affect the boot time. They add registry entries so that to slow down the computer boot time.
3. Use a cleanup software to clear the hard drive
