How to fix a computer freeze up? How to recover deleted files Windows?

It is very common that the computer screen stops to responding when in using. This is called computer freeze up. How to fix this problem?
1. Wait for a moment
Sometimes, the computer freeze up for it is processing some complex task, it is just the slow or busy to carry out tasks. You should wait for a moment to see if the computer can response or not after that.
2. Try to press Ctrl+Alt+Del
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open the task manger. In the windows task manager window, you will see the task status, if the applications is frozen, you will see the status is Not responding.
